About our referral program
1. Purpose of Program
- Designed to reward caregivers who help grow the Home Heroes team.
- Focused on building a strong, reliable network of caregivers who support IDD families.
2. Payout Structure
Earn $100 per month for each active caregiver referral.
A referral is considered active when they are regularly working and maintaining strong EVV compliance.
This monthly bonus continues as long as both you and your referral are working at least 100+ hours in that month and remain in good EVV standing (85% compliance or higher).
3.Program goals
- Grow the Home Heroes caregiver workforce
- Increase family placement capacity
- Reward loyal caregivers for helping build the agency
- Strengthen retention by motivating referrals who are more likely to stay long term
